职位描述：
职责及责任
1. Develop and review EHS documents.
    EHS 文件的编写与修改；
2. Be responsible to conduct the company level EHS training.
    负责新员工的厂级EHS培训；
3. Daily EHS training for each Dept.
    公司各部门的日常EHS 培训;
4. PPE management, Including PPE assessment, selection and allocation.
    个人防护设备的管理，包括 个人防护设备的评估，选择，发放；
5. EHS & 5S daily inspection and follow up the corrective action of noncompliance.
    工厂日常的EHS & 5S检查及对不符合项的跟踪整改；
6. Attend incident and accident investigation, prepare investigation report and follow up the corrective and preventive actions.
    参加事件及事故的调查，编制事故报告和对事故进行整改及提供相应预防措施；
7. Attend the monthly EHS audit and follow up the findings.
    参加公司月度审核并对不符合项进行整改.
8. Review and approve safety work permit.
    对安全工作许可进行检查和批准;
9. Maintain fire-fighting facilities in good condition.
    确保消防设施处于良好的状态；
10. Industrial hygiene management, including noise yearly test and employees' occupational health examination.
    工业卫生管理，包括噪声的年度监测和员工的职业健康体检;
11. Maintain contacts with external parties regarding EHS, including government authorities, legislative bodies and other groups.
    与涉及到的EHS外部机构保持联系，包括政府部门，EHS立法机构和其它团体；
12. Environment protection project application and monitor.
    环保项目申报\监测检查;
13. Optimize Safety Standardization system
    推进安全生产标准化工作;

技能及能力
1. 本科及以上学历，环境或安全工程等相关专业;
2. 五年以上制造性行业EHS管理经验;
3. 熟悉EHS相关法律法规和行业标准，熟悉ISO14000&OHSAS18000管理体系，熟悉安全生产标准化，掌握体系运行关键要素;
4. 具备较强的沟通能力和执行力，熟练使用Office及AutoCAD;
5. 持有国家注册安全工程师等相关证书;

知识
1. 英语听说读写良好;
2. 具备环境保护、职业健康、安全管理知识; 举报 分享
