Responsibility:

1. Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware product release
2. Responsible for the yield and manufacturing processes of automotive products, including: solving quality issues and defining specifications to suppliers
3. Improvement of manufacturing processes, product performance, and quality on continuous basis.
4. Assist the development of prototypes from R&D, and lead the effort of transitioning the new product to manufacturing (NPI)
5. Work with purchasing and quality teams to qualify new suppliers and new components.
6. Train and certify production assemblers/technicians, assume a role as the primary contact for technical guidance in manufacturing.
7. Write ECOs and Process/Test Procedures for manufacturing.
8. Perform Root-Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for customers (RMA resolutions).

Requirement:

1. Proficient with high precision automation experience (Both mechanical and electrical).
2. Hands-on with the test and measurements equipment.
3. In-depth understanding of reliability engineering, failure analysis, quality control
4. Familiar with SAP system, BOM constructions, ECO process, and ISO 9000 Quality System.
5. Familiar with precision mechanics related processes.
