设施营运系统经理 1名

工作地点：无锡市惠山区

岗位职责：

1、 建立有效率的团队，带领团队成员，确保工厂顺利运营；对团队成员进行培训；

2、 负责组织建筑物、构筑物和公用动力设备设施进行日常运营管理；编制房屋和公用动力设施的年度维修、保养和改造计划并组织落实；负责环保设施的日常运营管理并达标排放；控制运营费用在目标范围以内；

3、 建立计量管理网络，统计各级计量数据；支付能源费；

4、 参与对投资项目的建筑物和公用动力设施的方案及选型工作，并提出建议；参与对投资项目的验收；

5、 完成领导交办的任务；

任职资格：

1、 本科或以上学历，机械类、电气类或相关专业；

2、 具有8年以上的相关岗位工作经验；熟悉国家的劳动、人事政策与相关法律法规；
