Main responsibilities:
Be responsible for welding work, solve welding quality issues , monitor welders to implement WPS(Welding Procedure Specification), welding instruction and approval testing of welders/operators, design necessary welding fixtures.

Responsibility
1. Make sure the execution comprehensive quality requirements and welding criterion strictly in accordance with EN 15085 and ISO 3834.
2. Able to identify new WPQR requirements and design PWPS and help welders to finish welding samples manufacturing to make sure WPQR certification will be done in time.
3. Able to solve actual problems where found on site.
4. Able to analyze and solve welding quality issues.
5. Able to design applicable welding fixtures to assure good welding quality.
6. Monitor welder’s operations to make sure strictly in accordance with WPS standard and keep welding record in time.
7. organize and monitor the approval testing of welders according to EN287(ISO 9606) and approval testing of welding operators，keep the testing record and update the certification of welders.
8. Check and audit welding supplier in coordination with sourcing engineers.
9. Other tasks from supervisor.

Requirement:
1. Education:Associate in welding, Mechanical Engineering, Material or related majors.
2. Professional Skills and Competencies:3 years similar experience in similar position.
3. Good experience of MAG, and can use this Welding methods for different material.
4. Has knowledge and experience in ISO3834 ( welding standard), EN15085 is perferred.
5. Able to use PC software, like Office, AutoCAD is essential.
6. Good English level in both oral and written.
