Key Tasks
1.Safety
- Advocate behaviour that encourages all employees to operate in safe work environment.
- Ensure that visitors to the site are registered and that business processes are followed so that they can be tracked
- Actively support operational work systems that allow people to keep safe
- Be actively involved in the preparation and distribution of safety related materials & information across the site

2.Reporting
- Generation of supply chain reports supporting continuity, inventory analysis, freight analysis in line with desired frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Provide information for daily production meeting to report on inventory levels, and supplier/material issues
- Identify trends in data and escalation to teams
- Entry of data into system for scorecard performance (quick score, Quick base)
- Support the planning and production team in the identification of material supply issues

3.Process innovation / improvement
- Educate the business (e.g., production, engineering, quality) to raise awareness of new systems and lean principles
- Ensure materials team follows process and standards
- Review of current material business processes and created process maps and proposals for improvement
- Actively participate and support the implementation and ongoing improvement of lean principles eg. Process/materials flow, 5S, standardised work procedures

4.New business award
- Support program launch by active involvement in program review meetings (launch, Engineering, Purchasing, Stage gates) as required
- Support supply chain team with creation of reports and innovative solutions for data analysis

5.Demand planning / operational support
- Support Operations and Planning teams as required with analysis of data and reporting plans
- Support the business in accuracy of inventory data such as improved cycle count systems
- Actively participate in stock take activities and audit data to ensure correct
- Support zero obsolescence on product run outs

Qualifications
-Desirable - Undergraduate Degree in Finance/business management/Supply Chain Management/Engineering

Experience
- Essential - Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in a similar role
- Essential – Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting
- Desirable - Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Desirable - Good supply chain, planning and organizing skills with an orientation towards details

Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office suite to intermediate to high level
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English & Chinese both writing and speaking
- Well-developed analytical skills, with a high attention to detail 举报 分享
