职位描述
1、全面负责无锡分公司财务工作，熟悉全套财务流程；
2、负责公司总账核算和相关财务管理工作，定期编制公司的月、季、年综合报表；定期完成公司基础材料汇总、报表的汇总，定期编制合并报表；按要求组织完成年终决算；
3、负责公司财务管理及内部成本控制，根据公司业务发展的计划完成年度财务预算，并跟踪其执行情况；
4、制定、管理和实施公司的经济、财务标准和程序，以满足控制风险的要求；
5、分析并改进现有流程，不断提高资金的利用率和工作效率；
6、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
7、协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益。
任职资格：
1、会计、财务或者相关专业大专以上学历、中级会计师以上资格；
2、五年以上财务工作经验，两年以上同岗位工作经验，熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理、现代企业管理知识，熟悉财经法律法规和制度；
3、熟练掌握财务管理软件和办公软件；
4、熟悉税法政策、营运分析、成本控制及预算管理；
5、具有丰富的财务管理、资金管理能力；
6、良好的职业操守和道德水准、出色的组织协调能力、良好的表达能力和团队合作精神。
7、工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。
