职位描述：

1.完成工厂初建项目相关工作；

Project related tasks(start up new BCMC machining department)

2.贯彻和执行公司有关质量，安全方面的方针、政策，管理制度和上级的有关指示;

Adhere and implement quality and safty regulation assigned by management as well as other instructions;

3.根据生产计划，组织编制车间生产作业计划，并保证质量交期和成本的控制；

Arrange production according to production schedule,and ensure quality,on time delivery and cost control;

4.负责车间各个岗位人员的合理调配以保证生产的正常进行。

To ensure the production proceed as normal by reasonably deploying the workers of all positions.

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，机械制造或相关专业；

Bachelor above,major in mechanical or related；

2.机械加工制造业相关工作经验8年以上，有实际CNC加工经验；

8years+ experience in machining /mechanical manufacture industry,with practical experience in CNC；

3.具备机械加工制造行业现场管理经验和人员管理经验3年以上。

3years+ experience of on site management and personnel management in machining /mechanical manufacture industry.

4.熟悉CNC加工工艺及流程和机械制造流程；

Be familiar with CNCmachining technology and manufacturing procedure；

5.具备现场生产组织和协调能力,具备精益生产的基本理念尤佳；

Able to handle on-site organization and coordination .Nice to have knowledge of lean philosophy.

6.能用英语进行业务交流。

Be able to communicate in English .
