Provide product and engineering oversight to produce thermoelectric devices for integration into high volumesolar thermal tube manufacturing. Coordinate with teams to resolve issues revolving around new productdevelopment, application & reliability engineering and assembly/testing.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop thermoelectric devices for reflow process

开发热电器件的焊接过程

Utilize solder process while investigating joining techniques (ultrasonic, laser welding)

利用焊接过程,研发组装技术(超声波法、调查激光焊接)

Examine materials compatibility to provide optimal results

检查材料相容性,为客户提供最优的结果

Evaluate the results of failure analysis and reliability testing to ensure corrective actions are generated

and implemented

评估结果的故障进行分析和可靠性测试,以确保纠正措施的产生以及实施

Identify and resolve technical problems that occur during the life of the device.

在器件运行过程中识别并解决技术问题

Relate process variables to device parameters and ratings empirically to assist in yield improvement and

establishing process capability for new products.

与设备参数和过程变量进行了实证评分,以提高生产率并建立对新产品的适应能力

Work with various manufacturing teams to specify and/or develop the necessary processes and/or

equipment to produce prototype and pilot production parts.

Collaborate with international team of scientists and engineers to establish process capabilities for new

products and resulting data sheet parameters.
