Education/教育程度:

Bachelor of mechanical or fluid Engineering or above

工程学士及以上，流体或机械类专业优先。

Language/语言:

Good command of English both oral and written.

良好的口语和书面英文技能。

PC Skill/电脑:

Familiar office PC soft ,skilled in AUTOCAD.

熟悉办公软件,熟练掌握AutoCAD绘图软件。

Professional Experience /专业经验

Five years working experiences or above. It is priority for who have testing experience and manufacturing experience with a pump or machinery products manufacturing company. Blue collar management and project management experience is preferred.

五年以上工作经验，优先考虑泵或其他机械的测试和制造的工作经验， 有车间人员管理经验者，项目管理经验者佳。

Main Responsibility主要职责:

1. Responsible for tests accuracy.

确保试验的准确性。

2. Be familiar the various of pump test standards and to conduct them。

熟悉各种水泵测试标准并能实际运用。

3. Responsible for tests and equipment meeting ISO or other requirements.

保证试验及设备符合ISO及其他相关的标准。

4. Directs the daily operations of the testing laboratories to ensure products testing in time.

安排好试验室的日常工作，以保证泵产品准时测试。

5. Maintains and recommends upgrades to test lab equipment and processes.

维护并改善试验室设备和工作程序。

6. Support customer witness test.

支持客户目击实验。

7.Support and involved in new testbed project if any.

支持和参与新测试台建设项目。

Daily Duties日常工作:

1. Arrange daily test rest.

安排日常测试任务。

2. Test all the pumps of sales orders, provide test report for sold pumps.

根据订单要求做试验，为出厂产品提供试验报告。

3. Test new-designed pumps; provide their performance data for the engineering department.

根据试验需要设计测试台需要的试验工装，提高试验室的效率和可靠性。

4. Continuous to improve the test process and test efficiency.

持续改进测试流程和提高测试效率。

5. The daily management of 5S in site.

日常试验台5S管理。

6. Maintenance of test equipment.

试验设备的维护管理。
