Mission of function

- Realize the control and inspection to ensure the quality of produced panels, and lead the tester groups to fulfill the normal production orders. And technically support final acceptance test with the customers.

Task

1. Control and inspect the panels

- Control, check and certify the performances of the panels:

- Define the test process (mechanical, electrical, safety chain, program)

- Electricity engineering: analyze the drawings and validate the conformity of the panels.

- Automatism engineering: analyze data transmission, communication between the different functions, modify program.

- Alert if difference in between the designed and realized performances, and help to solve the problems.

- Test new parts (not from Siemens) to integrate into the panels

- Ensure the calibration of the testing and control equipments

2. Contribute to the performances enhancement and customer satisfaction

- Inform the production about the quality problems

- Make sure of the constant application of the auto-inspection in production

- Ask and follow correctives actions.

- Optimize inspection lead-time.

- Manage internal/external training and prepare the documents explaining our products’ unctionalities.

3. Lead the CB tester groups to fulfill the function test and final inspection of completed switchgears from each production orders, to ensure the key performace of production quality and order execution ontime rate.

Contribute to the people skill development and set up multi-skill training plan for testers.

4. Implement customer acceptance tests

- Realize the specifics tests asked by the customer.

- Support technically the Contract management team

- Give explanation to the customer (how it works, set up…)

5. Perform on site support

- Ensure on site support for the first use

- Give information about Siemens products

6. Ensure 5S & safety in his working area

- Respect and make people respect 5S & safety principles in under voltage area, and on customer site

Knowledge

- Sufficient knowledge in Electrical principles, analyze electric drawings and implement functional test

- IT hardware and software knowledge

- English (german) communication

Experience

- More than 3 years GIS testing experience

Education and Language

- Bachelor degree (or above) in major of Automatic and Electric engineering
