Job Description:
"Direct reporting to site CFO and functionally to segment Finance in HQ, he or she serve as the business partner of site operation head to supervise all segment-related financial controlling topics, mainly including:
1) production cost controlling (actual/forecast/target setting and deviation analysis and recommendation for improvement)
2) consolidation of site reports to HQ periodically and information exchange with counterpart in segment F
3) capital project application reveiw and authorization
4) purchase requistion review and authorization
5) business process and internal control audit and improvement
6) plant VHK and transfer price calculation
7) training and development of team
8) ad hoc project support to segment operation"



Requirements/Qualification:
1) Bachelor or above major in accounting or finance or business related discipline. MBA is preferred.
2)10 year above working experience, therein at least 2 year in a similar managerial position of a multinational manufacturing company with proven track.
3) Qualified PRC accountant (intermediate or above).
4) CICPA or MIA or ACCA or its student is preferred. "
5) solid knowledge of IFRS and PRC GAAP and PRC tax and business laws
6) proficient in written and spoken English
7) high professional integrity, sound business acume, and self-driven
8) good communication, presentation, and analytic & problem solving skill.
9) good knowledge of SAP system and powerful user of MS Excel and PPT
10) good leader and team player.
