Job Description:
1. Reliability Testing for all qualifications, evaluations and risk assessments.
i. To manage all the logistics of reliability operations.
ii. Responsible for all in-house environmental reliability stress tests.
iii. Responsible for all measurements (optical, electrical, dimensional) of test samples.
iv. Responsible for all functional test (open/short and hot/cold tests).

2. Lot Release Tests (LRT) request (from Quality Engineer / Manager) for critical product.
i. To setup and initiate the SAP system's Q-Block inspection plan.
ii. Responsible for all the testing activities pending lot release.
iii. Responsible for the release of passed tested lots in SAP system's Q-Block stage.

3. Yearly Reliability Monitoring
i. To coordinate the yearly reliability monitoring sample collection.
ii. In charge of the initiation of the test plans for all specified devices and packages.
iii. To report and publish all reliability monitoring results.

4. To manage a group of QCs responsible for reliability testing.
5. To involve in the ISO 17025 certification and improvement activities.
6. Responsible for the review and updating of all RFS related test / operating specification documents.
7. To involve in 5S activities in all reliability and failure analysis laboratories.
8. Contribute towards the dept competencies development especially on direct subordinates.
9. Maintain and continually improve FA LAB operation to ensure its efficiency and compliances
10. Data compilation, FA report writing and technical presentation material preparation
11. Maintaining FA database and FA sample retention
12. To continual evaluate, develop, and implement a new FA solution especially to support new product introduction and new FA equipment feasibility study
13. New hires on the job training and supervision.
14. Liaise with external Lab for services and analysis
15. Plan new equipment/ capability investment to realization of purchase and set-up
16. Responsible for PCB design for new products.
17. Responsible for generation of new test program per PVDB requirement.
18. Responsible for the consumable inventory in the lab/ under area of responsibility.
19. Ensure lab operation and activities are in compliance to legal requirement, international standards and ISO9001, ISO/ TS 16949 and ISO17025 requirement.
20. Accountability towards dept and process KPI.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree of electronics or related
2. 3-5 years of related working expeirence
3. Good at English communication
4. Good at Microsoft office skill
5. Master knowledge of ISO system / TS 16949
