Job Description:

1 Shipment verification and sales invoicing

2 AR/AP aging review and cash collection follow-up

3 AR/AP reconciliation with custmers/suppliers

4 Interco balance, markpu paid and received reconciliation monthly

5 FOREX declaration

6 Hedging and TMS processing

7 Supplier invoices verification and booking

8 AR/AP KPI reporting and analysis

9 Monthly Cognos inputs




Requirement:

1 Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance

2 Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

3 Knowledge of computerized accounting system and desktop software such as Excel and Words

4 Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
