职位描述
· Assesses suppliers production and quality programs and participates in approval or disapproval of

new suppliers.

· Evaluate the supplier processes and process controls to ensure product quality and reliability is

built in. Develops supplier capability (including necessary training), establishes proper reporting of

in-process and final inspection and test results.

· Responsible for identifying and assuring necessary corrective actions are taken. Monitor each

suppliers performance through measurements of product process, company inspections and

audits.

· Prepares summary of performance and communicates to appropriate management so that effective

corrective action plans can be set in place if necessary.

· Support Supplier Quality engineering in improving and reporting vendor processes.

· Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing

materials, solving complex quality engineering problems in effective ways.

· Have a strong working knowledge of quality and reliability concepts of supplier management.

· Create IQA plan and implement it.

· Gage design and calibration know how.

· Other tasks appointed by Manager

任职要求
· Education:

· ≥ Bachelor degree in mechanical design or related major.

· Fluent in Oral and written English at least passed CET-4

Work Experience:

· ≥3 years working for supplier quality management.

· ≥2 years working in foreign company

Knowledge and capabilities:

· Communication skills with supplier as well as the internal staff

· Strong Negotiator with Leadership skills

· High degree of personal integrity and confidence

· Cooperative and able to encourage others
