1) Lead all customer service related activities and customer team management;
2) Providing sales and management support; supporting the revenue reps for achieving revenue objectives.
3) Communicating with local revenue reps for status of orders and sales. Transferring of customers’ order to internal order, assurance of in-phase production plan and product delivery
4) Effective management and promotion of sales data and customers’ orders
5) Sales data collection and monthly reporting
6) Tracking of payment from customers to ensure acceptable DSO
7) Collection of customers’ complaint, customers’ claim and customers’ satisfaction statistic from CS side
8) Collection and archives of sales documents (customers’ drawings/requirements
/orders and internal orders, etc.)
9) Inventory control and management
10) Assistant to Supply Chain Manager to handle some internal daily affairs
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
- University graduate in mechanical or engine engineering and/or business management/English
- Above 5 years of work experience paired with a proven track record of success could also provide the necessary qualifications to fill this vacancy.
- The ideal candidate has made this experience already in the automotive component supply environment for brake systems products.
- The successful candidate will display personal integrity and assertiveness and will possess the following characteristics:
-Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator, moderator and facilitator
-Good technical knowledge / technical understanding
- Be familiar with SAP
