职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Guide internal customer to provide necessary data inputs such as vehicle sheet metal, component material properties, assembly mass, vehicle pulse, etc
2. Analyse CAD data to determine appropriate parts to model and ways in which geometry can be simplified.
3. Set up CAE model using company guidelines & lessons learnt for relevant load cases
4. Alignment of CAE model with specification
5. Run model and analyse output in detail, determine whether model runs ‘normally’
6. Where model run problems occur, investigate mathematical instabilities
7. Review all assumptions or simplifications made, apply engineering judgment to ensure modelling techniques are appropriate and are indicative of real world expectations of product performance
8. identify the requirements for the product and the relevant load cases
9. Advise the product engineering team as early as possible of any risks or opportunities relating to the performance of the product
10. Participate in reviews to provide technical support about the product performance
11. Work collaboratively with design team to determine solutions that meet packaging, manufacturing, cost and performance targets
12. Other works assigned by the Manger

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with the major in engineering and/or manufacturing related discipline
2. At least 3-year experience in similar role, LS-Dyna experience is essential
3. Understanding of physics and engineering of structures
4. Understanding of CAE application skills
5. Intermediate experience of MS Office Suite and MS Project
6. Understanding of vehicle crash mechanics
7. Understanding of occupant injury criteria and biomechanics
8. Understanding of metallurgy (eg tensile test behaviour)
9. Basic understanding of manufacturing techniques (moulding, forming, welding) 举报 分享
