Position Summary/Objective职位概要:
Under the direction of GM –China facility, this individual is responsible for performing duties for installation, repair, and maintenance of:

1. Facility electrical power, HVAC, lighting,

4. Facility IT infrastructure

The position has an electrical focus but the technician will require a broad knowledge of skills, including the ability for mechanical repair, fabrication, and a knowledge base of industrial controls. This individual will also be responsible for various tasks related to the daily support of production in the realm of equipment and facilities.

Primary Duties/responsibilities主要职责:
1. Buildings and facilities厂房建筑及设施:
a. Support the installation of facility power and equipment such as HVAC units and compressors.
协助厂房电力设施设备（如空调、空压机等）的安装
b. Perform regular maintenance on the facility power & equipment
负责相关设施设备的定期维护
c. Interface and work with contractors for the installation of the facility power & equipment along with general facility improvements/renovation projects
协助与设施设备及厂房装修承包商的沟通和管理，监督承包商的工作
2. Manufacturing Process and Equipment生产工艺及设备:
a. Support the installation of manufacturing equipment and machines
协助机器设备的安装调试
b. Assist with programming and setup of the manufacturing equipment and machines
协助进行机器设备的软硬件的设定
c. Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to assure manufacturing is able to meet or exceed customer requirements
设备故障的排除和维修，保障生产的正常进行
d. Perform regular maintenance on the manufacturing equipment
对生产设备进行定期维护
e. Interface and work with contractors who support the manufacturing equipment and machines.
联系机器设备供应商进行设备的售后服务与支持
3. IT Facility IT设施:
a. Support the installation of IT equipment and corresponding hardware
协助进行IT设备和硬件的安装
b. Perform regular maintenance on the IT systems.
履行IT设备的定期维护
c. Interface and work with IT service providers
联系并协助IT外包商工作
4. Safety安全:
a. General housekeeping activities in the department and ensure adherence to established safety procedures and requirements
履行必要的安全和5S工作，保证所有工作符合安全工作流程的要求
5. General Responsibilities其他一般性职责:
a. Participate in continual improvement projects and activities
参与持续改进项目和活动

Education and/or Experience教育及经验要求:
Electric certificate holder.
持有电工证（高低压均有优先）
5 to 10 year experience in electric work in a manufacturing environment.
制造业5到10年电气工作经验
3. Familiar with plant power facility; electric knowledge about general manufacturing equipment.
熟悉工厂供电设施；熟悉一般机器设备电气知识
4. English ability preferred
会英文优先
Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
具有良好的排除故障、解决问题的能力
Hard working, and willing to learn.

Muth has a global footprint of customers, shipping to over 25 countries, and servicing most of the major automotive OEMs as a Tier 2 supplier. Muth is establishing a China manufacturing facility to support these customers in the Asia region and in anticipation of the significant growth in active safety technology deployed in automobiles. Muth’s manufacturing facility is new, fully heated and cooled, and clean. The manufacturing processes are clean, efficient, organized, and quiet.
