职位描述：
Purchasing Engineer
1. 供应商信息的收集、分析、汇总，调查分析市场信息以满足库存和内部需求；
Searching, analysis, collect and review info of supplier, investigate, analysis marketing information in order to make sure the customer needs and the stock opportunity
2. 根据产品的等级、质量和价格有效管理采购原料；
Manage special goods effectively according to the product price, class and quality;
3. 确认、跟踪订单，以使货物准时到达；
Make sure, follow up the order form, Arrange and follow up the date of goods arrival;
4. 开发和选择当地供应商，诸如价格谈判、采购时机、产品质量等；
Development, collect and deal with the local supplier, such as price negotiation, buy environment product quality and ect.;
5. 改进采购的工作流程和标准，通过尽可能少的流通环节，减少库存的单位保存时间和额外收入的发生，以达到存货周转的目标；
Improve the buy working process and standard, cut down the stock cost in order to get turn over object of stock in trade;
6. 和公司总部及公司各部门有效沟通；
Development and holding communication channel of HQ and local related departments;
7. FOSS系统的使用；
Use FOSS system;
8. 跟踪市场最新市场行情、技术信息，不断降低成本以达公司目标；；
Find out the present marketing price, technology information, and cost down to achieve company’s target;
9. 按时向公司管理层提供库存信息。
Provide the stock report to company’s leader.


1. 机械或材料专业大专及以上学历
College graduation and above with major in Mechanic engineer or Material
2. 项目采购经验五年及以上
Project purchasing experience of five years and above
3. 熟悉采购流程，具有较强的供应商管理能力
Know purchasing process well, Strong ability for supplier management
4. 英语熟练
Good at English
5. 工作积极主动、富有工作热情，认真负责，善于学习；
Passion in work, work positively and carefully, willing to learn;
6. 品行端正，能承受工作压力。
