职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Understand, identify, assess, manage and review site SHE issues and risks against the SHE management system
- Act as a technical owner to lead and support each department or stakeholder to establish and utilize SHE Risk Management system across the site to improve SHE performance
- Drive continuous improvement and maintains “license to operate “through a thorough identification of the SHE issues faced by the site. Organize and carry out trouble shooting activities to resolve SHE problems
- Provide technical support to multiple departments on a day-to-day basis ensuring adequate SHE supervision, instruction and regulatory training is provided
- Plan, manage SHE projects (from concept to implementation). Provide expert SHE support to project manager
- Coordinate SHE related meetings periodically and manages all stakeholders to take follow up actions. Coordinate, organize and participate in internal SHE audits and inspections
- Issue regular reports of site SHE performance to Global SHE and relevant local authorities
- Security management for the new site
- People management
- SHE responsibilities
- Compliance of GMP requirements
- Ensure regulatory compliance of daily work

Requirements:

- University degree, major in chemical, mechanical or related major
- Be familiar with Security & SHE management system and daily operation knowledge, and able to use technical tools like hazard identification, accident/incident investigation and root cause analysis, risk assessment, risk control technique, to improve site SHE performance
- Knowledge of any relevant legislation / developments in the area of SHE, and maintain own professional awareness and development
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Project, contractor and people management
- 5 years SHE work experience
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in MNC
- Good English reading and writing ability
- Good MS office computer skill
- Integrity, proactive, team work spirit, good communication skill
- Service mind needed
- Hold a professional Occupational Safety and Health certificate or equivalent in SHE
