职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the appropriate process and work with purchasing and supplier to review the injection machine and mould concept in terms of quality, cycle time, price and service to meet our requirement.
- Work with supplier to follow up the status of machine building in order to ensure machine deliver in time with good quality. Conducting pre-acceptance and final acceptance (FDPR).
- Work with supplier for all related documentation, spare parts management and training.
- Responsible for identifying & compiling, the environment factors for own department and area.
- Identify and setup best practices for injection molding (involve over molding, extension to die-casting will be a plus) .
- Continuous improving existing working method (UPS) by reduce cycle time / eliminate waste / reduce machine breakdown / improve quality.
- Can setup inject mold & machine, parameter debug to be ready for production.
- Other tasks should be assigned by Dept. Manager.

Experience/Education/Qualifications Level and Skills:
- Bachelor degree majored in Plastic and injection molding.
- Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in plastic molding process in Automotive industry. Aspect plastic parts making is a plus.
- Hands-on working experience of new project and machine launching.
