职位描述
1、Supplier quality control. Perform SSA, supplier process audit and product audit. Lead supplier process and part PPAP, help supplier continuously improve quality, to be sure the parts delivered to plant meet drawing and relevant requirements.
2、Sign quality agreement with supplier. Survey incoming parts quality. Dispose supplier non-conformity parts, continuous improve supplier process capability.
3、Survey APQP for New Product Introduction program development and optimization, to be sure program achieved in time. PPAP documentation submission according customer requirements
4、Improve products reliability and customer satisfaction through new product Introduction program.
5、Use basic statistical techniques to analyze and define SPC control, process capability.
6、Create and optimize control plan, inspection instruction and control sheet according to flow chart and FMEA.
7、Management of inspection tools and instrument. Design, purchasing, calibration, repairing, annual MSA.
8、Quality system Document control in QSI database
9、Implement LPA (Layer process audit) and internal audit, following corrective actions.


任职要求
Experience Required:
Have Experience In Mechanical Production Quality Control. At least 3 years work experience 2 years work for quality, supplier quality control experience will be a plus.
Knowledge’s, Skill And Abilities:
Knowledge about TS16949, ISO9001.ISO14001
Familiar with quality control tools, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
Familiar with 5S, lean-manufacturing
Necessary Computer Skill, Good Spoken and Written English
Education:
Mechanical related College degree Or Above
