工作职责：

1. Powder coating workshop routine operating
粉末喷涂车间日常事务处理

2. Train and coach line worker to achieve required competence of position
培训员工达到相应岗位的技能要求

3. Detailed manufacturing concept creation based on the project requirements, expertise in Powder Coating applications Jig, Mask Tool and equipment development and design
根据项目和生产的需求，完成工装夹具的设计开发

4. Process Support, Work Instruction and records/forms Drafts or updates
作业文件，表格记录的编写与更新

5. Process & parameters optimization, corrective actions and Improvements
流程参数优化，制订相应的纠正改善措施

6. Yield and Capacity Improvement in the mass production to the required level
持续改善，保证合格率和产能达到公司指标

7. Team work spirit and leadership and good communication skills
团队合作精神，良好的沟通和领导能力

8. Familiar with ERP system
熟悉ERP 操作

任职要求：

1.College or above in Organic Chemistry or relative field preferred
大专以上学历，化工或相关专业；

2.Work experience on managing Powder Coating operations and/or technology in international company
三年以上喷涂工作经验，熟悉铝合金粉末喷涂前处理及粉末喷涂工艺，有外企新项目导入段粉末喷涂经验，能设计喷涂相关工装夹具，有很强的工程改善意识；

3.Ability of English in writing and reading
英文读写能力，有较强的团队合作精神、独立工作的能力及抗压性。
