工作地点：无锡惠山区

岗位职责：

1. 分析, 判断并解决现场焊接设备的各类故障.
2. 负责对各类焊接设备参数做到有效控制(电流,电压,焊接压力,焊接时间等)
3. 根据工艺要求,在线调整各类焊机的焊接参数,配合工艺制定焊接参数规范
4. 制定凸焊机电极头,铜板打磨更换规范.
5. 根据焊接设备需要, 联系外包服务工作. 外包服务项目实施过程中的相关协调工作.
6. 合理安排和控制离线维修费用.
任职要：

1、焊接或机械自动化专业
2、五年以上设备维修工作经验
3、设备故障诊断与分析,预算与审计
4、熟悉相关的国际和国家机械技术标准和规范,有一定的设计和故障分析能力,有一定的电气维修及控制知识和技能,熟悉机械和电气施工 , 熟悉施工定额预决算,良好的英语基础和交流表达能力.
