编制年度大（项）修理、保养、精调精测、定期鉴定计划
根据车间生产和修理的实际情况，每季度调整大（项）修理、保养、精调精测、定期鉴定计划，便于车间实施
协调物流部，以便在安排生产计划时，留出设备大（项）修理、保养、精调精测、定期鉴定时间，确保车间实施
根据年度计划，对终线设备设备一二级保养、大修理的实施进行抽查， 对使用部门设备管理状况进行检查
综合分析主要的考核指标，特别是设备利用率和设备故障停机率
对使用部门设备重复故障和长时间停机情况进行统计和原因分析，对使用部门设备维修、保养状况提出具体针对性建议和措施
编制设备维护保养要求、操作规程，技术参数等技术文件
对新增设备的技术协议、合同进行统一管理
按时完成科领导下达布置的各项工作，做到全面、正确
