Responsibilities:   

• Support to complete Qtrly Competition book and brand book etc.
• New product spot + product buy and stock maintenance (skin metier)
• Coordinate competition technique decoding & documentation of tech
• Product bench reference for competitiveness assessment (Need to be very clear with internal product formula and OD offers)

Competence:

• 3+ years' experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers.
• Master degree in related science: polymer, physical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, food industry, etc.
• Good listening, writing and speaking in English
• Clear communication and ability of quick adaptation
