Responsibilities:

1) Lead the Six Sigma system of the company;
2) Popularizing the Six Sigma concepts; Train engineers and production team and teach them to use six sigma tools;
3) Evaluating the status of the company's business process and seeking for Lean Six Sigma improvement opportunities;
4) Responsible for participating in the project selection;
5) Lead all Six Sigma projects, provide technical support for project implementation;
6) Completing the other tasks assigned by leader.

Special knowledge and capability required:
Experience in optical fiber or opitcal cable manufacturing is preferred.
Good communication skill.
Good Minitab skills
Good Analytical skills;
Fluent English (Oral and written）
Ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or electrical engineering.
2) Demonstrated knowledge of the business manufacturing processes and the unit operations applicable to the industry being supported.
3) 5 years or more of manufacturing experience in process, product or improvement activities.
4) 5 years or more demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
5) Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
6) Strong manufacturing & supply chain knowledge and the ability to recognize opportunities for significant improvement.
7) Demonstrated knowledge and ability to develop statistical and computer skills.
8) Demonstrated project management skills.
9) A desire to learn new skills and identify opportunities to apply Six Sigma methodologies to processes which are currently in use throughout the business.
10) Demonstrated leadership capability.
11) Demonstrated ability to network with and influence many people across sites, functions, supply chains, geographies, and cultures.
12) Demonstrated teamwork skills.
