职位描述
一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
1. 协调并监督工艺工程师职责的完成情况(产品工艺流程、设备工艺流程、夹具设计/开发、工艺文件编制/培训、工艺/设备/工具流程的分析、执行、完善和控制、SAP数据的创建/维护/控制（主数据、物料清单、路径）、产品生产图纸
Coordinate and develop process engineers in their duties (product flow process, machine process, tool design/development, process documentation/training, process/machine/tool analysis + implementation + improvement + control, SAP engineering data creation/maintaining/controlling [Master Data, BOM, Routing], Schunk Production Drawing)
2. 工艺流程（流程、设备、工具）相关问题的处理、根本原因分析和处理方案
Process related problem solving (process, machine, tool) root cause analysis and action plan development with control function and documentation)
3. 建立、变更和完成工艺相关的关键指标
Design, change and implement process related KPIs
4. 衡量、监控和完善工艺相关的关键指标
Measure, monitor and improve process related KPIs
5. 根据项目管理结构，领导工艺工程师完成相关的项目（完善/设计流程、设备和工具的工艺）
Lead process engineering related projects according to project management structure (improving/design processes, machines, tools)
6.协调工程修改要求和执行
Coordinate the Engineering Change Request and implementation
7. 过程验证及成本计算准备
Process verification & preparation for cost calculation
8. 完成营运服务经理交办的其他工作
Complete further tasks assigned by the OSC Manager
二. 任职资格 Qualification
1. 教育背景 Education Background
a. 本科以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
b. 理工科专业 Major in Engineering &Science (mechanical &/or machine development &/or production process focus)
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
a. 熟悉ISO9000和ISO/TS16949 ISO9000/ISO/TS16949knowledge
b. 良好的沟通能力 Good Communicate skill
c. 良好的领导力 Leading team skill
d. 良好的项目管理能力 Project management skill
e. 英语语言能力优秀 Good English skills required (business and technical English)
f.熟知精益生产或西格玛知识者优先 Lean &/or SixSigma skill preferred
熟练操作计算机 Skillful computer operation (SAP, CAD/SolidWorks/ProEngineering)
3.工作经验 Working Experience
a. 5年的制造行业管理经验 5 years working in manufacturing industry with subordinate responsibilities
b. 机械或相关工业工作经验 Mechanical, Machine design or production process experience
良好的焊接和装配生产技能 Welding and assembly manufacturing skills
