ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Customer Side
- To identify the requirements to the new products
- To execute VOC on the existing and potential users
- To understand the purchasing process
？ Channel Side
- To provide technical support to the Distributors and Dealers
- To execute marketing activities, such as Road Shows, Exhibitions and so on
- To make product training
？ Competitor Side
- To research the market trend and dynamics
- To make benchmark and marketing report on the analysis of key competitors
？ Product Side
- To evaluate new products opportunity and develop new products
- To cooperate with global and Asia product teams on the new product import
- To make new products promotion in China market
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
？ Bachelor's degree
？ Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
？ 2~3 years product development experiences, experience in Hand tools business is preferred
SKILLS
？ English
Ability to read and speak English fluently
？ Computer
Ability to use Microsoft® Excel, PowerPoint, Word, 3D drawing is preferred
