                Main Responsibility
Sales
Ø Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals
Ø Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Ø Build up partnership with new potential department stores/retails to expand market shares base on relevant searching and evaluation
Ø Communicate with buyers and negotiate the location, promotion plan/activities and the rate of consignment fee.etc
Ø Achievement of performance target as list in JD
Ø Work with marketing department for the new product ordering plan and old product disconnect proposal
Ø Create, propose and implement the sales&marketing strategies as approved by management
Ø Maintain the good partnership with existing Department Store
Personnel Management
Ø Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis
Ø Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales department
Ø Check and approve monthly expense of sales department employees
Others
Ø Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
Ø Draft annual sales budget for approval
Ø Monitor and control cost for sales department
