DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be familiar with payment in internet，make the daily Bank Reconciliation Balance per bank statement 熟悉网上银行付款流程，银行收款付款，准备付款资料，和供应商，客户对账,制做银行调节表。
- Assist to handle routines work related to customs and SAFE 协助处理海关与外管局相关的事务。
- Handle the export tax and rebate rate税务局出口退税处理。
- Attendance data statistics, make the attendance weekly report. 员工考勤工时数据的统计，制作考勤周报表。
- Daily logistics work ,员工后勤事务日常管理，行政用车的安排、调度，订餐等工作。
- Other assigned work 其他指派工作

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree or above in Management or Economy related major管理或经济学本科及以上学历
Min. of 1 years work experience 一年以上工作的经验
- Strong capability to judge complexities, figure out the situation and work out solutions in short time 具备很强的判断和分析能力，并能迅速拿出解决方案
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and has ability to deal with crossed duties under certain pressure 工作积极主动，责任心强，并在压力下具备同时处理多种事务的能力
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact tactfully with people at all levels 优秀的沟通能力，能够有效地与不同人群进行沟通
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must 流利的英语口语和读写能力
- Good knowledge of MS office 熟练使用办公软件 .
