The Sr Production Supervisor will be based in Changsha.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do 工作职责:

? Supervise the production team to finish the planning/shipping requirements.

? Ensure that the operators do work right and work according to TQCI and work instructions, follow company procedure strictly.

? Improve productivity and reduce the manufacturing lead time, improve quality and customer satisfactions. 提高生产力，减少产品生产周期, 改善品质，提升客户满意度.

? Proper manage material and control material attrition/scrap.

? Keep the discipline and factory cleanliness according to company policy and ensure the operators work in a safe environment.

? Train production leader and operators，and develop skills.

? Lead and co-ordinate with related departments to solve day to day production problems.

? Assist production manager to set production KOI goal and work plan, track the actions are accomplished. 协助生产经理设置本项目/部门的KOI指标和工作计划，追踪并执行计划。

? Lead production KOI review and follow up continuous improvement.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required) 岗位要求:

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

? Minimum 6 years of operations and/or engineering experience.

? Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

? English can communicate, read and write

? 本科以上学历, 工程相关专业

? 6年以上工作经验，其中3年以上300规模生产主管管理相关经验.

? 熟悉PCBA 制程，掌握SMT的相关知识

? 良好的人际关系管理能力，沟通协调能力，组织安排能力，谈判技巧和能力

? 英文能读写，口语能力良好者优先.
