职责描述：

1. Prepare the test plan document according to the standards of OEM.

2. Assists in design and development the test fixtures.

3. Prepare the test report per the requirements of OEM.

4. Develops internal layouts and survey the test equipments per the standards.

5. Maintains and up-to-date the Lab management systems (ISO 17025).

6. Provides support for test method improvement.

7. Responsible for estimating the test risk &cost of the new item.

8. Updates internal and external test plan document per OEM’s requests.

9. Audit the test original record and the test reports.

10. Ensures that qualities, health and safety standards are maintained.

任职要求：

1. Good communication skills required to interact with colleagues and cross functionally.

2. Ability to take test direction from engineers and customers.

3. Possesses an understanding of materials and weatherstrips.

4. Bachelor degree in high polymer material or chemical engineering .

5. Minimum of three years experience in lab (ISO 17025).

6. Working knowledge of CAD &Office software. (e.g. Word & excel).

7. Basic English skills(CET-4).

8. No rhinitis.
