职位描述
一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
1．Prepare based on customer orders and sales forecast material request report based on material arrival time for the purchaser and update it according to any changes or on demand frequently.
根据客户订单及原料达到时间制定原料需求报告，并根据要求及时作出更新。
2．Prepare based on customer orders and sales forecast a detailed production plan for machines, shifts, materials for the following month and update it according to any changes or on demand frequently.
根据客户的订单及预计销售情况安排下月所用的生产机器、班次、原材料等一系列的生产计划，并根据要求及时作出更新。
3．Prepare based on customer orders and sales forecast a rough production plan for 3 months in advance based on key machines capacities and needed shifts and update it according to any changes or on demand frequently.
根据客户订单及预计销售额提前3月安排出关键机器的生产力，所需的班次，并根据要求及时作出更新。
4．Confirm above mentioned plans with production managers and production controller and report the estimated delivery time to customer service in sales and update it according to any changes or on demand frequently.
同生产经理及生产控制专员确认以上计划，将交付时间给到销售客服并根据要求及时作出更新。
5．Release the production WO in time, monitor them in terms of times, materials, costs and prepare standard reports therefore.
及时发布生产工单，监控相关部门的物料、成本及相关的标准报告。
6．In terms of any delays report immediately and manage, monitor and implement corrective actions if necessary.
当生产出现任何延误时，需立即管理、监控及采取必要的改正措施。
二. 任职资格 Qualification
1.教育背景 Education Background
a.bachelor graduation or above
本科以上学历
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
a.Skillful at Office software, Louts etc..
精通Office, Louts等软件
b.Skillful at Excel ,SAP and planning tools
精通Excel, SAP及计划工具软件
c.High English skills necessary in word and written
良好的英语书写及表达能力
3.工作经验 Working Experience
a.3 to 5 at the years minimum, or above customer service experience in manufacturing industry
3年以上制造业客服服务工作经历
