Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop internal quality management team, optimize the process flow in quality management area, comply with company business expansion.
2. Provide direction for solving various quality related challenges and objectives.
3. Responsible for establish & maintaining, and improving Quality Management System.
4. Coordinate and follow up customer complaint.
5. Manage the supplier qualification, process and product qualification, supervise suppliers.
6. Follow internal /external audit.
7. Drive the team to maintain good communication and cooperation with other functions.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 8 years plus working experience in automotive industrial, with 5 years supervisory/managerial experience.
3. Veteran of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC and ISO/TS16949.
4. Good analytical skill, Statistical Process Control skill.
5. Ability to motivate employees to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Good English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.
7. Good project management skills, and critical problem solving skills.
