职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. New supplier sourcing according to the development plan. 根据供应商开发计划开发新供应商。
2. New product sourcing according to new project, existing components resourcing and oversea parts localization
根据新项目新产品采购，现有产品供应商重新开发及国外产品国产化。
3. RFQ and Quotation analysis and price negotiation. 询价，价格分析及价格商谈。
4. Supplier Samples delivery track. 供应商样品追踪。
5. Support Technical engineer,project management to complete cost BOM. Cost BOM maintenance and Optimizing the cost .
支持技术工程师，项目管理完成BOM成本分析及优化。
6. Execution of annual cost reduction plan. 执行年降计划。
7. To drive supplier for quality and delivery improvement.供应商绩效管理。
8. Communication and coordination job between Engineering, Supplier and QA. 供应商，工程师及质量的协调沟通。

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. College or Bachelor, has good communication skills .
大专或本科学历，良好的沟通能力
2. 3 years or above experience about sourcing in the Automotive field 。
3年或以上汽车行业采购工作经验
3. Technical background is preferred.
有技术背景优先
4. Familiar with TS16949, VDA6.3
熟悉质量体系 TS16949 及 VDA6.3
5. Careful and have high sense of responsibility
细心并有高度责任心
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft office tool
熟悉运用Office 软件
7. Can communicate in English
