职位描述
Responsibities:
-Generate device test specifications, working with design engineering, application engineering, marketing and product engineering.
-Generate test programs and hardware for testing Analog ICs on automatic test systems.
-Debug and optimize automatic testing for correlation with bench measurement and device testing repeatability.
-Conduct device characterization on automatic test system

Requirements:
-B.S.E.E. required
-5+ years of hands-on experience in Analog IC test engineering
-Knowledge of Analog IC products.
-Hand-on experience in testing IC on bench.
-Knowledge in product characterization and its related statistics, and yield analysis.
-Familar with ASL 1000,Eagle 200/300/364,Advan,LTX MX will be a plus
Important Skills:
-Understand Analog IC schematics
-Able to perform bench measurement using meters and instruments.
-Good teamwork and communication skill.
