PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Develop series of safety tooling based on national standard and actual requirement of china local market, mainly used for hot-line work in distribution line, and include series connectors which cooperate with it.
主要工作：负责开发符合国标及客户实际需求的，主要用于配网系统带电作业的安全工器具系列产品，以及与之配套的相关金具产品。
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要工作职责：
? 配合销售收集市场信息，确立相应的安全工器具或金具的开发项目，并制定技术要求、完成前期设计工作；
Cooperate with TMs, to collect marketing information and confirm the development projects for detailed safety tooling or connectors. Establish technical requirement and finish preliminary design;
? 在采购部门协助下选取适合的供应商，并与之合作不断完善产品设计，直至达成最终成品的设计要求；
With cooperation of Sourcing team, search qualified suppliers for new products development. Cooperate with suppliers to complete the design until to got performance set in original;
? 负责安全工器具及金具的内外部试验，并以试验结果为依据不断完善或提升产品品质；
Lead the in-house or external testing for new developed safety tooling or connectors, and improve the performance of them based on the test result;
? 为设计定型的产品建立相应的成品料号及原材料清单，以为正式生产销售；
Set up SKUs and BOM for new products which have been completed design, for regular production and sales;
? 协助质量部门建立并完善新品的质量管理体系；
Cooperate with Quality department, to build up and complete related Quality controlling system for new products;
? 管理整个新产品开发流程，确保各项目阶段按计划如期、有效地进行；
Manage the projects plan of new products development, to keep each step running effectively on time
RECOMMENDED BACKGROUND:

Education:
? 机械制造及其自动化，机械设计或机电专业本科及以上
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Manufacture and Automation, Mechanical design or electric and above
Experience/Special Skills:
? 对配网带电作业相关工器具或金具的使用，及其相关标准有一定了解；
With some knowledge about the using of safety tooling or connectors which used in hot-line work in distribution line, and related standards;
? 3~5年电力设备机械设计经验；
3~5 years design experience in Mechanical Design of power products;
? 熟练掌握计算机3D辅助设计软件，能独立开展研发工作
Skilled use of 3D design software, conduct independent research
? 良好的沟通、协作能力；
Good skill in communication and cooperation.
? 具有足够的分析问题、解决问题的能力
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
