Sales Director - Great China /Automotive Parts

This is a worldwide the leading company in manufactures of automotive powertrain systems and strives to strengthen this position further. Modular and mechatronic driving systems are our strategic growth target.

This is a Key Position in Great China organization, and directly to be responsible for Sales activities, and the standard package will be from about RMB 50K~80K/month, and both local and foreign applicants are welcome! Company does not only offer a job, but also an international successful career!

Mission of the Position:

Be the owner of key sales business development succeed in capturing sales and expand market share, Implement business development strategy;

Main Responsibilities:
? Analysis based identification of business opportunities at the customer serviced by the sub-office and pushing the tapping of the full potential of these business opportunities in coordination with the involved Divisions; acquisition of new projects in cooperation with the Divisions;
? Coordination of all sales and project acquisition activities for the customer serviced by the company;
? Support the Divisions in the processing of existing orders with the customer serviced by the company;
? Regular visits at the customer serviced by the company to establish a solid network with the key decision makers at the customer;
? The main internal "hub" of information / knowledge about the customer serviced by the company;
? Development of a revolving sales planning (e.g. quarterly) for the customer serviced by the company;
? Implementation of the order intake and sales targets agreed upon for the customer serviced by the company;
? Leading subordinates incl. specialist staff but excl. managerial staff;

Experiences and Requirements:

? >10 years of sales experience preferably in the automotive industry with extensive personnel network;
? Min. 7 years in sales experience, Min. 5 years in project management experience
? Worked as project manager or project director for a period of 5 years
? Working experience with a foreign company would be desirable
? Fluent in English, German capability will be plus
