JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales target.
· Show strong leadership and provide coaching/training to employees to elevate their professionalism and improve their selling capability
· Optimize field sales coverage and call efficiency and effectiveness and drive national sales force efficiency
· Assist national key account team and area sales manager in developing tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
· Develop territory and key account business to grow Acuvue share in covered markets
· Analyse & interpret data and identify market opportunities, develop sales plans and implement company activities
· Anticipate customer needs and create innovative ways to exceed those needs. Cultivate good business relationship with top customers
· Provide input and feedback to key account sales plan, business development, marketing and professional affairs to build business and increase customer loyalty
· Drive excellence execution for sales team based on aligned priorities, process, principles and methodologies.
· Implementation of prioritised dashboards to accelerate improvement nationally
· Well manage financial resources and maximize return of investment
· Build talent development and organization succession planning
· Ensure execution in accordance with healthcare compliance


JOB REQUIREMENT:
· Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
· Minimum experience required: 8-10 years field sales experience 5-6 years in people management
· Good written and oral English communication skills are required.
· Excellent interpersonal skill required
· Proactive, aggressive, positive attitude, good team player, self-driven, innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result.
· Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills
· Have a good strategic thinking
· Demonstrate clear and strong passion for the business
· Strong leadership in the area of project management, driving solutions and J&J standard of leadership
· Knowledge/ understanding of complex business concepts & issues
