职位描述
Responsibility
Handle customer complaint, 0Km & Field returns, analyse, improve and report
Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer
Prepare for customer audit and implement the action plan
Handle customer requirements about quality to satisify the customer
Make inspection standard (including appearance standard) for new product
Make inspection standard and check record for product audit
Implement product audit monthly and make action plan for defect found
Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result
Monitor new product trial production, study CMK, CPK for new line before SOP
Study MSA of new product Take part in PFMEA creation and audit
Create and update process control plan Create and update product audit instruction after final test
Do internal process audit to production line and push improvement
Requirement
Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
0-2 years of working experiences in the respective area
Electronic quality analysis and testing,Experiences in R&D MS-Office (Advanced)
Product Knowledge (Advanced)
Quality analysis tools (Advanced)
Statistical tools (Advanced)
Good knowledge in ISO14001,TS16949,VDA6.1. (Basic)
English (Basic)
