职位描述
Roles and Responsibilties:
To ensure that required parts are available at the right time and in the right quantity.
To ensure that the inventory levels of parts are maintained at or below the target levels.
To study the MRP Suggested Report and process/release purchase order：and fax the purchase order to vendors.
To study the MRP Exception Messages and perform the appropriate rescheduling and cancellation activities on the existing outstanbding purchase order；changed to be faxed to vendors.
To work closely with Production Planner and expedite delivery of materials to support changing production requirements.
To follow up with vendors on the confirmation of Purchase Order sent out.
To work with PUR a/o Engineering to obtain parts from alternative vendors in the event that the primary parts have unresolved delivery of quality problems.
To make necessary adjustments to the ordering of parts afftected by damaged parts claims and those afftected by any engineering changes.
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor
3 Yrs experience in logistics
ERP knowledge
Independence,responsibiity.
