o Design, modeling and simulation of High Power InGaN Flip Chip LED. 设计与模拟高功率InGaN倒装LED芯片。
o Process design and integration of High Power InGaN Flip Chip LED . 设计高功率InGaN倒装LED芯片制造工艺和集成。
o Electrical and Optical Characterisation of High Power InGaN Flip Chip LED. 高功率InGaN倒装LED芯片电和光学表征。
o Electrical and optical performance improvement for various High Power InGaN LED chip structures. 优化大功率倒装InGaN LED芯片的光和电学性能。

Requirements任职要求

o Possess a minium Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Physics. 拥有至少电子工程或半导体物理博士学位。
o More than 5 years experinence in High Power LED chip design. 拥有超过5年大功率LED芯片设计经验。
o More than 2 years experinence in management. 拥有超过2年的管理经验。
o Strong knowledge in LED device physics. 丰富的LED器件物理知识。
o Track record in High Power LED chip design. 设计高功率LED芯片成功的经历。
o Expert user in modeling and simulation software e.g. SimuLED. 谙练各种LED设计与模拟软件，例如SimuLED。
o Familiar with InGaN LED epitaxy structures. 熟悉InGaN LED外延结构。
o Familiar with High Power LED chip wafer fabrication processes. 熟悉高功率LED芯片制造工艺。
o Familiar with Failure Analaysis of LED Chip. 熟悉LED芯片的失效分析。
o Familiar with High Power LED chip packaging processes. 熟悉高功率LED芯片封装工艺。
o Good command of English language is required. 良好的英语说写能力。
o Good documentation, reporting and presentation skills. 良好的报告和演讲技巧。
o Good interpersonal skills. 良好的人际关系。
