Qualification:
1. Familiar with the process quality operation control, Lean system;
2. Good English skill, both spoken and written;
3. Familiar with the quality system managements;
4. Good communication skill with spoken, written during audit.
Responsibility
1.To take coordination of process quality operation improvement, the purpose to reduce quality losses;
2.To perform the investigation and identify kaizen activities based on process quality operation;
3.To take coordination of process quality capability improvement in APUs;
4.To follow up kaizen program and share with team based on QA matrix analysis;
5.To monitor the effectiveness of kaizen activities and organize QC meeting regularly;
6.To make the monitor of WCM tools application and act as the trainer of WCM method/knowledge to the team;
7.To prepare the presentation for WCM audit regularly;
8.Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader
