职位描述
Responsibility
1. Responsible for communication of all TCP topics at the location.Functional and disciplinary lead for all projects within the TCP at the location.Participation in the budget planning for the fiscal year.Planning, creation of cost calculations and offers, and implementation of plastics projects
2. Participation in the selection and ordering of production equipment for the manufacturing processes.Continue with the standardization of production equipment and process concerning the manufacturing.Functional support all of the activities within the scope of the plastic manufacturing.
3. Transfer of products and technologies from external suppliers to the in-house molding.Cooperate in the development of new manufacturing processes for future technologies.Strategic planning of launch management.
4. Initiation and administration of taskforce teams.Planning and implementation of cost reductions.Capacity analyisis and investment planning based on forecast of the IHM / IHP.International coaching and support of technologies which the current location is the lead plant.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanics, Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent.
2. 3--4 years of experience in technical and administrative functional areas,2-3 years of experience in project management.
3. Experience with execution of plastic projects related to the automotive industry.
4. Integration and analytical thinking(Expert)
5. Knowledge of production technologies and administrative areas of the company(Expert)
6. Organization and coordination ability(Expert)
7. Experienced implementation and execution of project with a high complexity(Expert)
8. Management and endurance capabilities(Expert)
9. English(Advanced)
