职位描述
1.Work department to understand the business requirement on recruitment.
2.Independently handle recruiting activities, deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates.
3.Arrange all process of interview and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices.
4.Make the offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates.
5.Handling new employee on-boarding process, work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness & efficiency.
6.Prepare and submit kinds of recruiting analysis report regularly.
7.Bachelor’s degree with 3 years recruitment experience, relevant industry background is preferred.
8.Knowledge of labor law and related regulations.
9.Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization.
10.Good English in both writing and speaking.
