工作职责(包括不限于)：

1. 负责开发和维护主要发电集团客户（华能、大唐、华电、国电投、中广核、华润、三峡新能源，国家能源集团发电业务），加强集团总部客户关系，及时掌握客户投资计划及关键项目清单，跟踪大项目、客户总部与地区分公司资源及内外部协调，完成大客户年度指标；

   Develop and maintain key power generation group customers (including: Huaneng Group, Datang Group, Huadian Group, State Power Investment Group, CGN Group, Huarun Group, China Three Gorges Renewables Group, CHN Energy); Strengthen the customers’ headquarter relationship; Gather customer investment plan and key projects list in time; Follow up the key projects co-coordinating with the customer headquarters and regional subsidiaries and various internal departments and partners；Complete the assigned KA sales target.

2. 协调资源向大客户提供专业技术和商务支持，推介施耐德中低压软硬件系统的产品/方案，组织包括培训和研讨会等多种客户交流活动；

   Provide key customers with comprehensively technology and commercial support，recommend Schneider product/system/solution of MV/LV/Digital system, and organize different seminars including training, workshop etc.

3. 制定和执行大客户发展计划，深化合作关系与合作模式，提升客户满意度；

   Make the account plan, execute a series of customer activities, strengthen the customer relationship, and improve the customer satisfactory.

4. 制定个人每月工作计划及费用预算，按时完成公司要求的业务报告;

   Make the monthly working plan and submit the requested business report on time.

能力要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电气及自动化相关专业。

   Degree (Bachelor or above) in Electric Engineering or Automation.

2. 三到五年以上发电或新能源行业从业经验。

   Above 3-5 years of experience on power generation or new energy industry.

3. 对发电及新能源行业的发展趋势和客户需求有敏锐的市场捕捉能力以及学习和研究能力；

   Have the learning ability to gain the deep perception of the power generation and new energy industry’s development trend and customer needs

4. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神；

   Good communication and coordination skills, with teamwork spirit
