Key Relationship / 主要工作关系:

Internal 对内: Ceramics Sales & Marketing team, Customer Service, Supply chain, Operations and Finance Department

External 对外: Customers, Agents, Distributors

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责

• Accountable for managing and growing sales for the assigned perimeter, products and market segments by effectively leading the followings in alignment with ASM:
• Define and execute distribution channel network strategy including existing agents, distributors
• Account development
• Voice of the customer
• Operationalize pricing within the guidelines & commercial legal framework negotiation
• Daily troubleshooting (contact supply team, customer service…)
• Contribute to new product development
• Credit and cash collection
• Complaint resolution
• Sell the quality performance of Imerys and monitor quality customer satisfaction
• Visit customers, build network and share marketing intelligence, daily reporting of calls/visits
• Identify and develop new opportunities
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
• Identify challenges as well as opportunities internal/external and make recommendations to the management
• Projects and tasks as and when assigned ongoing basis

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗位任职要求

a. Knowledge

Typical Education Level/教育背景:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering, Ceramics preferred but not must

Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification/ 相关经验专业知识：

• Above 5 years of sales experience of ceramic products
• Experience in the role of import & export, customer service, logistic flow, knowledgeable about import procedures (documentation, process, rules…)
• Sanitaryware experience, knowledge about the mining / minerals industry would be a plus.
• English fluent
