II. JOB SUMMARY/ 职位综述:

        

This position is set up to be in charge of the PRPA (Plastics, Rubber, Paint, Adhesives) sales activities in South China and to ensure the achievement of the sales target mainly focus on paint & coating and/or plastic compounding business markets.

    

    

III. JOB DIMENSION/职位范围

       

Key Relationship/主要工作关系:

        

Internal对内：Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Technical Service and S&T

       

External对外：

    

1. Customers and Customers’ value chain parties;
2. Distributors;
3. Industrial associations

    

    

IV. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责

    

1. To achieve yearly sales targets through a proper and efficient sales process, such as to ensure the regular sales forecast accuracy, submitting monthly sales reports and smoothly working with the Customer Service department etc.
2. Collect market and competitor’s information with business intelligence sense;
3. Be able to identify and develop potential new customers;
4. Well organize business travel plans with time efficiency mindset;
5. Proactively to coordinate with cross functions to initiate and develop new products or new applications;
6. Properly manage the Distributors and Dealers in the assigned area.
7. Efficient management on A/R;

    
V.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/岗位任职要求

    

    a. Knowledge    

Typical Education Level/教育背景：

    

● Bachelor degree in chemical related majors

Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification/相关经验专业知识资质：   

● Solid technical sales background, be able to quickly understand PRPA products and applications; Experience in lab or technical support is a plus;   

● Good business insight;   

● Good knowledge of paint formulation and performance assessment and/or good knowledge of material feeding and extruding process;   

● 5 years business experience in sales / business development / technical supportarchitectual painting technical 

● Architectual painting technical background is a MUST

    

    

b. Skills and Attributes 能力、个性特点和素质：

    

● Transparent, integrity and compliance mindset is a must;   

● Open minded, well organized, self-motivated;   

● Good learning agility and passion to catch up with new knowledge and application;  

● Very good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate in both oral and written English;  

● Willing to take frequent travel
