- Job summary
* Be charge of coordination, administration and planning of new plant extention and facility
* Take charge of facility maintenance, renovation and building investment to meet Valeo quality standards, cost covered in budget, completion on time

- Job description
* Be in charge of overall construction project and facility maintenance arrangement, organize contractors,work out project schedule,follow construction progress,control budget,participate in contract and procurement management,etc
* Coordinate the production with the building works in order to avoid interference
* Manage the Gleeds, the Valeo Construction Management Cie hired by Valeo for the project
* Make sure execution plan carried out by the contractor.
* Involve in definition of new project and facilities function requirement and design standards
* Assist legal team for construction related contracts; participate to the definition of contract for new project and other related supplier
* Following up all formalities and procedures in order to satisfy requirements of government
* Communication with industrial zone and local authority for construction operation issues
* Control detailed construction schedule to meet the date for equipments installation and final taking over

- Qualification
* Master degree and above , major in Architecture related
* have experience for construction management
* Result-oriented , strong ability of following up, good abilities of organization and coordination.
* Good english ability in listening, speaking, writing and reading.

数达570人。2014年销售额达到4.88亿人民币。
 
法雷奥汽车自动传动系统(南京)有限公司（英文简称VATS）成立于2006年1月，由法雷奥集团独资，专注
于汽车自动传动部件和系统的开发及生产，其主要产品是自动传动扭矩转换器，目前约有610名员工。
2014年销售额达到5.58亿元人民币。

法雷奥摩擦材料（南京）有限公司成立于2014年6月, 是由法雷奥集团、韩国平和公司共同建立的合资公
司。公司由法雷奥集团管理，分两期建设，一期工程将于2015年2季度投产，年产3,000,000片摩擦片，
二期工程计划于2016年二季度投产，年产2千2百万片摩擦片。
 
法雷奥汽车自动传动系统(南京)有限公司、南京法雷奥离合器有限公司、法雷奥摩擦材料（南京）有限
公司共用一个厂区,地址位于南京市江宁经济开发区, 厂区占地总面积达 97300平方米。
