职位描述：
I. JOB SUMMARY/ 职位综述:
This position is set up to handle purchase orders of talc, Kaolin, calcium carbonate and mica etc. from Imerys oversea plants and customer services for re-sell those products in China, coordination work for the orders which are sales between the Imerys oversea plants and the Chinese customers direct (indent). In addition to these, it is also to take the customer service work for perlite OEM business with Incom at Langfang city.

II. JOB DIMENSION/职位范围
Key Relationship/主要工作关系:
1) Internal对内：
Sales team, Logistic/Lab/QA team of operation site, Finance team;
2) External对外：
Forwarding/Transportation agencies, Customs declaration agencies; Imerys oversea affiliations

III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责
1) Order placing and progress following up
2) Maintaining supplier relationship, trouble shooting.
3) Domestic customer service, indent business local customer services.
4) Month close and file keeping
5) Closely following supplier's shipping schedule and transit period.
6) Communicating with logistics colleague in a timely manner for arrival information.
7) Providing necessary documentation to the logistics colleague in a timely manner for customs clearing.
8) Monthly sales data warehouse report for all trading products.
9) Ad-hoc task assigned by line manager

IV.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/岗位任职要求
a. Knowledge
Typical Education Level/教育背景：
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, English level 6 or up.
2) Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification/相关经验专业知识资质：
3) 5 years plus experience in logistics or related field
4) Adept in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
b. Skills and Attributes
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies/能力、个性特点和素质：
1) Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts in a manner of patient and decent.
2) Good organizational skills and ability to meet all deadlines
3) Exceptional analytical skills .
4) Excellent hands-on skill especially on excel spreadsheet.
5) Ability to prioritize responsibilities
6) Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
7) Infrequent travel, including overnight travel, required
